Armor check Penalty on Weapons

I created a character in Pathfinder (Bard) and it keeps applying my ACP for a heavy shield to my rapier attack. Clearly this is wrong. Any idea of what I'm doing wrong if anything?
 
I'm guessing you have the weapon finesse feat - re-read that feat, and its rules on the ACP of a shield affecting weapons using dex instead of str.
