I didn't see this anywhere else, closest were post about bugs.

So I'm new to Herolab, and spent a pretty penny to build characters with particular books. Among them are the Advanced Race Guide, and the Horror Adventures.
Opening the program reveals, however, that I cannot use the products I paid for because I need to pay for MORE material to access the prodcuts I've bought.
It also doesn't say WHAT I need to use it. Is it assumed that everyone using Herolab just buys everything for their system of choice?

Little irritating, since I can find all information either a) in the book I own, or b) through srd.

So anyone know what else I NEED to buy to use what I've already paid for? Or if there's a way to upload material myself?
