Archetypes for similar class?

I'm looking at a class, similar to a Ranger, and with many of the same abilities. I have the Counts As for Ranger selected, but when I go to pick a Ranger archetype using my class, none are available.

Am I missing something in the class process? Or do I have to duplicate the Archetypes for the new class?

Archetypes are very closely tied to a specific class and need to be recreated for a new class.

I think you'll have to duplicate the archetypes, and enter "Ranger" in the "Class to Modify" drop box in the first column.
