Is it possible to make either a custom ability or a class ability only available to an arch type?

What I want to do is make the Mythic path ability Channel power [Custom Ability] available to my new arch type Star Powered
 
So, if the custom ability were being added to the class you archetyped, then what you would want to do is add the SpecSource tag for that archetype to the custom ability. Since mythic path abilities are not added on the class but on their own tab, you'll need to instead create the custom special with an expr-req looking for the archetype.
