Arcane archer as a magus archetype

So I've found this magus archetype that makes the arcane archer into an archetype and I'm trying to create an archetype in hero lab for it...unfortunately I'm completely stuck. Watched different tutorials and read up on everything and am still confused. Any help? Here's the archetype.

Mostly it's getting the arcana put in there I can't find a way to make custom arcana. Unless it's created seperatly from the archetype itself. It may also have something to do with the fact that it's almost 2:30 and my brain functions ceased about 3 hours ago...

it would be created separately and then bootstrapped in with the options on the archetype

The Arcana would be created as Custom Ability (Primary) with either SpecSource of wHelpMagus and a pre-req for the archetype or a SpecSource of the archetype.

It is not bootstrapped to the archetype itself.
