Apprentice accounts not seeing additional content

I'm a Patron level subscriber with campaign sharing enabled. I have purchased all of the content. My Apprentice level players are only seeing the Core book races / classes / gear / other options. The characters they're creating are campaign owned. Is there an issue here? I did purchase the non-core content in a separate transaction. I validated this personally with my wife's laptop and Apprentice account.
 
Have the players double-checked the enabled content in their characters Settings tab? Maybe it glitched and got initialized improperly.
 
Definitely have the players do as @charlieluce suggests. That's almost certainly the problem, where the characters don't have everything enabled by default.
 
That worked. They had to refresh after going into the screen, but the check boxes did show up after the refresh.
