Anyone working on Skaven?

Just got the new Skaven book and was getting ready to figure out how to write an army builder file, anyone know where there is a good tutorial on how to do this. Or better yet anyone else working on one for Skaven that can give me a few pointers where to begin.
 
Has someone been working on this? I would like to start adding the new Skaven book if nobody has, but I don't want to start if a new version is impending.
 
Yes, could anyone please tell if the Skaven book is getting ready? Otherwise it would be fantastic if you hakoMike wanted to do it. I think there are quite some users waiting for the skaven data files, and the community would really appreciate it. I know I would!
 
I'll get started on it, but it will probably take a while. I haven't edited a datafile this complex before and I tend to break the dependencies often (revert! Hooray for version control...)

Anyway, I'll post info here, and hopefully someone better than me will have it done before I do.
