Heya! Just bought Hero Labs, and I'm very excited to get started :)

I'm confused though, I've been trying to take the base classes Alchemist and Magus, but I can't find them on the list.

It's probably something extremely easy to do, but I can't find it. Any help will be appreciated!
 
Two things:

1) Those classes are not from the Core Rulebook, which is what is at the core of the Pathfinder set. Alchemist is from the Advanced Players Guide, and Magus is from Ultimate Magic. Both of those are separate add-ons to the core.

2) If you have already purchased them, make sure on the character you're creating that you have enabled use of those books (on the Configure Your Hero dialog, there is a list of books that are allowed for that character). If you have purchased those books, but they are not enabled, you would not see the classes in the list.
