Another D/L issue (wrong version updates)

After updating HL to V3.9a, I'm invited to update Pathfinder to V6.12. When I attempt that update, it actually downloads and attempts to apply V6.9 (per the Game System field). 4thEd is the same way. V3.12 becomes V3.11, etc. It can't be the update source since the Latest Updates screen points to the (hopefully) correct version but the Download button grabs the wrong one. Any ideas?
