Android 2.1 and Mobile List Output (Army Builder 3.2d))

I am have a Motorola Droid running Android 2.1

Does the mobile list run on 2.1? I would think so.

If so, how do I get the mobile list from my PC to my phone so that it will properly display?

Currently I am emailing the mobile file to myself and opening the attachment in gmail on my Droid. I am able to view the file fine, but the unit names do not expand. What do I need to do to get the unit names to expand properly?

Thanks!

For some reason, the email software on android and the iphone doesn't run javascript in html files. To get round this, you can either host the file somewhere on the web and email yourself the URL (using Mediafire or another similar service), or you can copy the file to your phone.

I don't have any experience with Android myself, but I asked a friend how to do it, and he gave me the following steps:

1) Plug your droid into your computer (or use whatever method you use to connect your phone to your computer) and mount the SD card from your pull down menu.

2) Once the phone SD card is mounted, then create a directory called "armylists" or something similar on it.

3) Copy the mobile output file over to this new directory.

4) Unmount the SD card from your phone, and unplug the phone from the computer.

5) Open your favorite file browser app to navigate to the directory where you just put the mobile output file. Tapping on it should open the file.

Hope this helps!
