Amplified Rage feat missing?

I must be missing something, as I conducted a search for mention of this feat in posts.

So I can't be the first to report it, so I'm thinking that I'm just not knowing how to apply it to a character.

I have purchased the Classic Bundle, which includes the Player Companion Races #2, which includes the Orcs of Golarian.

The feat says that is where it is from.

I have enabled all the items. I've searched under the Feats tab, and I can't find it, even though I have it set to display everything.

Thoughts?
 
Just learned the lesson that while I may have checked what was enabled when I opened the application, that can differ from what is enabled when I open a character file.
