Am I allowed to sell or give away my Licenses?

I've got a lot of content on my license and I'm dropping Pathfinder as my main tabletop game. Am I allowed to give or sell my license? or is this against the TOS?

Looking at their license terms:

You may transfer the rights in your Software license to a third party, provided you do not keep a copy of the license for yourself and the license is properly transferred to the third party via the published procedures set forth by Company.

Looks like it is permitted. Not sure what the published procedures are though.
