Altering the Container Power

I need to make a custom version of the Container power. One of that would be one pp for one pp. So I could have a container costing 16 points that contain 16 points of powers.

Is there some way to alter the existing power? Or could someone help me recreate a copy of the power?
 
Yes- you should be able to copy the "Device" power in the editor, and change the "Setting PP per Rank" field to 1. Once you do that, 1 rank of the new power should give you 1 point to spend on stuff.
