Allowing a third (fourth, fifth, etc.) Magic Ring

I'm trying to put in a couple of rings from Magic of Faerûn and need some help. The Commander's Ring and Purple Dragon Ring are both separate rings that do separate things. Each counts as a ring separately, but if you wear both, they only count as a single ring towards the validation.

Is there any way I can code the Commander's Ring to check for the Purple Dragon Ring and tell HL that it's not taking up an item slot?

I'd recommend studying the hand of glory (wondrous item), and seeing how it adds a third ring slot.

Thanks! I remembered that there was an item that did that, but my mind totally blanked on the item in question.

Remember - with Hero Lab, you've got text searching on all the magic items in the game - go to the magic tab, type in "ring limit" at the top, and it will filter the list down to only the hand of glory.
