I would like to create a feat that allows the user access to more language choices during character creation. The feat does not actually give them any languages just allows access to the languages.

I am not sure where to even begin. I assume it would have to be a script, but I am not very good when it comes to that sort of thing. If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

This is not something that is really feat worthy, I would just select Unrestricted Languages in the Options and Hand wave the restriction.
 
the feat does more than just allow access to the language, the language bit is more for flavor than anything else.
