For the life of me, I can't find how to add a Kislev regiment as an
allied contigent to an Empire army....the only thing I get on the
"allies" flag is Ogres....anyone know how this works in 3.0? It was
pretty straight forward in 2.0.

I'm pretty sure the Kislev material hasn't been added to the new WFB files
yet. For an accurate answer, please direct questions and problems with the
data files for a particular game system to the author of those data files.
Load the data files into AB, then go to the Help menu. You can use Contact
Data File Author to send an email directly to many authors. Alternately,
contact info will be found in the FAQ for the game system data files (the
link just below).
