Alchemist discovery Chameleon does not work?

According to the text, I should get a bonus of +4 to Stealth, but it doesn't appear in the calculation. Do I need to adjust things manually? Or is this an actual bug?
 
Just to check did you activate it in the "in-play" tab? (see image)
Because it isn't an always on ability. After all you CAN alter your color you arent forced to.

Also be certain you don't already have an enhancement bonus to stealth from somewhere else.

No, it didn't occur to me to look there. But that enhancement bonus type is a good point. Maybe I'll have to exchange that discovery because it clashes with my overall Stealth enhancements.
