After purchase, how do I install Hero Lab Classic?

Hi. I might be missing something obvious but I've just purchased Hero Lab Classic 5th Ed D&D and I can't find out how to download the product. I have followed both the link on the purchase confirmation page and the one in the confirmation e-mail but they just direct me to the Lone Wolf main page. I was wondering if anyone here could help me?
 
Just to elaborate, there's a heading of "Download Hero Lab Classic" with download links below it for Windows and Mac.
