Adventure Path NPCs

Which Adventure Paths have .por files been made of? I sometimes have a bit of downtime after work, and since I will eventually get around to running all of the APs, I don't mind helping out... But I would prefer to not just redo other peoples' work.

The only ones I know of are RotRL for the first like 3 chapters and chapter 1 of CoT. They are posted on the d20pfsrd site under the Pathfinder Adventure Paths folder.

I have seen people say they are working on the Kingmaker NPCs but have not seen anyone actually post any files for it yet.

Hmmm, since I am currently running Serpent's Skull - do you like having one portfolio per book or one large portfolio for the adventure path?

I am working on Chapter 2 of the Council of Thieves too. and WILL be doing 2-6 of Council of Thieves hopefully with in the next couple of months. Due to my Schedule with the weekly Pathfinder Society events I run here in MN, My home game and another group I run... Not to mention my Job. Well life is pretty hectic :)

I wouldn't mind working on Kingmaker (and possibly Carrion Crown when that comes out). Although I am having problems with some of the NPCs since, as chiefweasel said, Paizo didn't use their own rules for them.

Does it matter how the chars are created? I mean for Kingmaker, should I have ONLY the Core Rules and Kingmaker content checked? Also how do you handle blatant rules violations such as more feats than a char should have or one for which a character doesn't have the prereqs?

And what about the bestiary on the back of the book or other creatures that have the stat block in there but aren't official? Should I build those in the editor and offer that as a user file as well?

I would say that if the beastie is not yet in HeroLab make the .user file but make sure to check the AP that it belongs to.

This.

Also I would guess let them break the rules if needed, though I hate that red text glaring at you. Haha. Kingmaker is the one I'd want most.

Yep probably the best idea to match exactly what is in the AP. That way the next person can fix it if they wish or they can put in an Adjustment so its not red. But do agree I hate the red rules violation errors. :p

Doesn't really matter to me much. Maybe better to do them smaller and we can then just put them in a Zip file when I post them to the site.

For the one I submitted, I did the portfoilio's by encounters. Each encounter has it's own portfolio as it is labeled in the Council of Thieves. For Instance for Something labeled C1 The Ambush. I labeled my portfolio for that particular encounter is called "The Ambush" without the quotation marks.

Then I took all the portfolios I created and then zipped them in to one file and sent it to Shadowchemosh. ShadowChemosh and I have a deal too.. I work on the encounters for each of the Council of Thieves Adventure Path books AND he works on the Bestiary for each of them hehe. :)
Now admittedly we are both strapped for time but we will get to them :)

I am currently working on the NPCs for the Kingmaker paths. I have a few of the books done and am working on a few of the non-standard NPC.

Ahh OK. I'll work on Carrion Crown when it comes out. Looks like no one has done Second Darkness either. I'll see about working on that one, but not sure how much time I'll have.
