Advanced Weapon Training: Focused Weapon

I've been experimenting with the Advanced Weapon Training fighter abilities from the Weapon Master's Handbook, and I cannot understand Hero Lab's implementation of Focused Weapon for the life of me. It's complaining about unmet requirements that I'm pretty sure I've met, and also giving me bonuses I'm not supposed to have.

I've attached a portfolio demonstrating the problem. It contains a level 20 fighter who has:

A) 2 claw attacks
B) Weapon Focus (claw)
C) Weapon Training (natural)
D) Focused Weapon (natural weapons, claw attacks)

The validator complains about this, saying: "Focused Weapon: Focused Weapon taken without Weapon Focus for Weapon Training (natural)". Which makes no sense. Weapon Focus doesn't apply to a whole group of weapons, just one, and I've got it for the one I'm trying to use with Focused Weapon.

As written, the advanced training says:

Weapon Master's Guide said:
Focused Weapon (Ex) The fighter selects one weapon for which he has Weapon Focus and that belongs to the associated fighter weapon group. The fighter can deal damage with this weapon based on the damage of the warpriest's sacred weapon class feature, treating his fighter level as his warpriest level. The fighter must have Weapon Focus with the selected weapon in order to choose this option.

In an apparently unrelated note, when I enable Focused Weapon, the attack bonus listed for claw attacks increases by 6. I thought it was only supposed to increase damage dice? And has nothing to do with attack modifiers?

Am I missing something here, or is it a bug?
