Advance monster hit dice

Hi there, I have been completely unable to find out how to advance a monsters hit dice. For instance I want to have a 15HD Belker rather than the usual 8HD in the Bestiary. I can't find out how to do it, any help?
 
Not near HL at the moment but look at the class tab, if I recall correctly it's located there.

You can add additional HD like a template or class level.
