Adjusting Paper Margins

Is there a way to adjust the margins on the default character printout?

I am putting the sheets into a folder with a three-whole punch, and it would be awesome if I could add a small amount (like 1/8 of an inch) to the left-hand margin so the folder lip doesn't cover the text on the left.

Any suggestions?
