I purchased 2 data package.
Pathfinder RPG Advanced Player's Guide
Pathfinder RPG Ultimate Magic

Still can’t access some of the feats and abilities I bought those package for : Reward of Life (Feats), Challenge Evil (Lv1 Spell)

Is this an error? Or I am the one to blame (bought the wrong package)?

What do I need to do after i bought the packages?
 
You have the right packages. Make sure they are activated for the character(s) that you want them for. Click Cntrl-K and select them. Just buying the packages does not activate them for any characters.
