Hi there,

I want to put out a kind of wound threshold and an additional spell check.

My problem is currently where/how to place the numbers.
Is there any kind of blank field to use?

I am not getting what your asking for? Is this something a person would need to change/set? Wounds sound like HP so is it something where they type in a a value during the game? If so the one often used method is a tracker but its not always perfect in many cases. Making something like Hit Point system is outside what you can do with the editor.

Or I am totally lost and your asking about work variables in a script? In a script you can do
Code:
var X as number
X = 0
X = 1 +1
and make your own variable. Many times I just use "abValue" as that allows for easy access to outside Things:
Code:
field[abValue].value += 1

Sorry but just not exactly getting what your asking... :(

Thx for answering anyway.

I give an example, say I am playing Pathfinder but want to show the 'bloodied value' (=50 % of max . HP).
Where can I see the output in Herolab itself?

At the moment I do not care about the formula for computation - my question was GUI-related.

I hope, it got it right this time.

Are you trying to find the Bloodline on the character sheet to add it to a Sorcerer? Or are you trying to find it in the editor to enter the new Bloodline?

On the character sheets you enter Bloodlines on the Sorcerer tab. In the editor its on the Custom Ability tab.

frumple is correct, you can't change tabs and such to display information. Probably the best you could do is create an ability that appears on all heroes, that would show on the Specials tab with some computed value.
