Adding purchased spells to spellbook?

I’m certain I am missing something obvious, but is there a way to add a spell scribed by a wizard into his spellbook from a scroll or borrowed/purchased/looted spellbook? I can add advancement spells, but can’t see any way to add non-advancement spells.
 
RESOLVED: Looks like I should have held off for a few more minutes, because I just found it. Open the spellbook to edit it, then go to the “Spellbook” frame (with “Wizard Arcane Casting” shows in the drop-down menu), then hit the + symbol to purchase additional spells for the spellbook.
 
i don't blame you, HLO spellbooks are a bit of a mess still. very confusing interface, not to mention unresolved bugs. things are continuing to improve though, slowly but surely.
