Adding Paladin Mount - Find Steed

Hi,

I have my paladin character, and am adding a horse. Is there a find steed template? I didn't see one.

THe template would need to:
Make the mount Int = 6, if not already higher
Make the mount be able to be Fey, Fiend or Celestial (this could be solved by making 3 versions)
Allow telepathy with paladin
Allow 1 language

Add the warhorse under gear > mounts. You'll be able to make all the changes on the warhorse's character sheet except for Fey, Celestial, Fiend. I'd just put that on the Background section of the Personal tab.

Darn, it almost worked. I created it, but trying to use Tiger (DM is allowing that option). Unfortunately, even selecting type Tiger still gave me horse stats...plus no way of giving it armor (one day).

I made an NPC race, which can work well - trying to get it to bump Int to 6 automatically (why do it manually), add Telepathy, and add Fey Type.

Any thoughts? Attached is the file

I'll take a look when I am feeling better. Right now I've got the flue and am hopped up on meds for it.

I also copied the paladin mount from 3.5, got no errors, but then again - nothing extra happened.

So far I managed to add Sylvan as a language. It's "hard selected" vs making a choice at template add. Also, added the Fey type.

Now just missing:
1) when casting spell on self, it duplicates on mount
2) telepathy
3) Int score is a minimum of 6
