Adding new packages - Pathfinder

I have the Core package, the Classic Bundle and today purchased the Ultimate Combat and Advanced Player's Guide bundles. I also set up my second license on my MacBook Pro. On my PC I am unable to access the newly purchased bundles? Am I doing something wrong? They seemed to work on the MacBook. How do I import them to my PC?

On your PC, did you use the "Reactivate License" option in the License menu to make Hero Lab talk to the server and find out what packages you own (and then restart Hero Lab after that finishes)?

If that's not the problem, and you're looking at a character you created before purchasing these new packages, the new books may not have been turned on for that character. You can reopen the Configure Hero Form from the Character menu in order to change them.
 
Have you reran your license since purchasing the new packages? Under thebLicense menu on your PC, reactivate license. Run that and see if it unlocks your newly added licenses. That should fix it.
