Adding metamagic to a new sorcerous class

I'm working on a new class strongly based on the Sorceror, and it will use the Sorceror's metamasgics. Where do I find these, or how do I create them for this class? (It's a Necromancer class, strongly based off the sorceror.)

Those are secondary abilities for the sorcerer, so they are created under the Custom Ability tab. If you go to that tab you can do a New (Copy) and copy Extend Spell to see how those are created for sorcerer.

The two important options on these abilities are:

Available to Classes: where you grant a class the "right" to use the ability.

Ability Table: where you say if it is Primary, Secondary, etc...

If you're wanting to directly borrow the existing Metamagic from Sorcerer and not make copies you can look into using the *Extend functions and extend your class tag to the existing abilities - as long as you kept your new class metamagic abilities as Secondary.
