Adding magical beast to Animal companion list

How would I add magical beasts to the allowed list of animal companions at a certain level?

Also how would I add an additional animal companion at a certain level?
 
Animal companions are added in the editor under the Race -> Race, Anim Comp, you can create whatever animal companions you want there.
