Is there a way to add notes to the spells? When I play a spell caster I like to use the old Ultima Online words of power as my spell names. I am currently just adding it in pencil. But would like to add them as notes directly to the spells somehow. Is this possible?

Is it possible to annotate the spells? I enjoy using the ancient Ultima Online words of power as my spell words when I play as a spell caster. Right now, I'm simply writing it in pencil. However, I would like to find a way to directly add them as notes to the spells. Is it possible to do this?
 
You may want to consider about taking notes with digital tools. You can easily attach notes to spells using apps like Notion, OneNote, or even a basic word editor. Sticky notes or a special spellbook with sections pre-printed could be helpful if you're a physical note recorder.
