Adding Magic Weapon

I am trying to add a magic item that increases Spell Attack Bonus. More specifically, I am trying to add the Extreme Teen Bible from "The Adventure Zone," which is described as:

"A bible that increases the user's Spell Attack Bonus by +1, and gives advantage on Persuasion checks when proselytizing to teens."

Is there a way to add a spell attack bonus modifier in the editor? Thanks?
 
I've found the quick way to add it is to just give my character the Wand of the War Mage +1 and then use Adjustments to change the name, but I was hoping to be able to go into the Editor and actually add it.
 
Just go into the editor and in the magic weapon section make a copy of the wand. Just take a look. Doesn't take long to understand how it works.
