Add additional HD works only if they already have a HD what if I want the race to start with HD and no lvl in any class, how can I add HD then??? perhaps a adjustment
 
If the "Allow PCs to add bonus HD" setting in the house rules isn't working as intended, please report that as a bug, not as a forum thread.
