Adding extra languages

Is there a way for me to allow PC's to take extra languages without it showing an error that too many have been selected, or do I just have to put up with the error messages? I allow players to learn new languages as they enter new regions and take downtime to learn new tounges without it being dependent on their Int or level.
 
Under Permanent Adjustments > Resources there's Language Slots, which can be incremented as they learn more.
