Adding Domain Spells to Spell List

My group has a house rule that clerics get domain spells added to their spell lists, meaning they can use domain spells in other spell slots as well. Is there an easy way to implement this in HL? I'm not a programmer and I'm not really sure where to start.

Thanks for any help.
