Adding custom feats based on ability stat?

Hi,

I'm looking for tips on how to allow an ability score to affect how many custom feats I can add.

For instance having 10 in the stat gives you 1 Minor Feat.
Having 13 gives you 1 Minor and 1 Major feat (so 1 major in extra to what 10 gave).

and so forth.
