Adding bonus to spell damage

Not sure if this belongs here or in the generic Hero Lab forum... so I'll try here first:

My GM is looking at introducing a house-rule which would allow a spellcaster (a sorcerer in this case) to add their Charisma bonus to the amount of damage dealt by a spell (the same way, for example, that Strength is added to the damage of a sword).

I am creating a new Sorcerer(House Rule) archetype class to modify the standard Sorcerer class (slight difference in spells known/castable), but how do I automatically add the extra damage to spells? I assume it would have to be via rules in the Boostrap, but I can't figure out how (noobie).

Thanks for any pointers.
 
Spell damage isn't really calculated by hero lab, so all you'd need to do is add a special which reminds you to add that.
