Adding Bard Spells Known as a Human Favored Class Option

I have messed about with this for a while now and I just cannot figure it out.

I wanted to take an extra spell known at every Bard level that I gain new spells - 1, 4, 7, and 10 for my level 12 build, giving me an extra of each spell level except 4th.

Adding multiple instances of the "Human Bard: +1 Spell Known" by clicking "Customize Favored Class Options" only lets me adjust the level of the additional spell for *all* instances on the "Classes" tab rather than each one individually.

I thought maybe I had to set the spell level in In-Play before choosing it at each level up in the drop down box (where you usually pick +1 HP or +1 Skill Point for your favored class), but changing the number in In-Play also changes *all* the drop down +1 Spell Known to the same spell level.

What am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug which hasn't been worked out yet?

After doing the above step then Select the newly added "+1 Spell Known: 0" Favored Bonus next to the correct level (ie 4th). Now when you go to the In-Play Tab you will have a 2nd option to adjust the level of the bonus spell. Using 4th in the example you would set it to 1.

May I suggest instead of adding an adjustment in the 'In-Play' tab (confusing to new players eventhough there's a Note in the popup description), just have in the dropdown:

"+1 Spell Known: 0"
"+1 Spell Known: 1"
etc..
up to the maximum caster level for that classes level.

Example:

Level 7 Human bard's Favored Bonus would have:
"+1 Hit Point"
"+1 Skill Point"
"+1 Spell Known: 0"
"+1 Spell Known: 1"
"+1 Spell Known: 2"

And no need to change the "In-Play" adjustment :)
