Adding ability enchantment bonus to item

I have an Oracle that is currently using a Phylactery of Positive Channeling and decided to further enchant it with a +4 Charisma. How would I add that?

2 methods I found so far, and neither seem "correct" though they're accurate on the stat block.

1) Create customer ability adjustment (temporary) and select Charisma with a +4 bonus. However, this doesn't allow the option to type the bonus as it should be enhancement.

2) Add a Headband of Alluring Charisma +4 to the character and enable both. However, this marks an error since the character is now wearing 2 headbands.

Suggestions? Thanks.

What about an option to add an enhancement bonus to an ability score? For example, the GM gives the player this permanent type of bonus for drinking of the Well of Awesomeness, but insists it's an enhancement bonus so it can't be stacked and tied to a specific item.

Nope no adjustment like this currently exists. I can look to maybe add it in the next community Basic Pack update. Otherwise you will need to make the adjustment yourself or create a custom magic item to handle it.

That would be awesome if you could add that adjustment in your community Basic Pack. It would make it a lot easier for these types of adjustments instead of using the editor (which I'm still learning) to make a copy of an existing item, changing the copy to a slotless item.
