Adding a use of Bardic Inspiration

I'm adding in the Maestro College to my HL SRD and it includes a plus 1 tick to the Bardic Inspiration charges.

I think this should be relatively easy but it's been a while since I tried scripting this stuff and I'm not sure how to affect the tracker for it.

would it be: hero.cBrdInspir.Tracker += 1?
 
Easiest way I've found to do this w/o messing up the other bard inspiration dice is to make a separate feat and include it in the college bootstrap
