Adding +1, +2 weapons etc..

Hello I am new to Hero Lab but can't seem to figure out how to add +1 weapons or greater to the system or select those if they are available already, what do I select or go to to add those? They aren't anything fancy just a normal +1 weapon or armor. Thank you for your help in this.
 
In the Weapons tab, select "New Magic, Custom, or Maserwork Weapon of size [size]".

In the new window select "-Custom / Magic Weapons" and click "Add" or "Add & Close" (if you are only adding one).

In the next window, use the drop downs to select what + and weapon you want, then voila. You have a +1 weapon.

Armor is done basically the same way.
