Add "Remove Tag" to Tag Menu in Related Content pane

In the pop-up menu of the tags shown in the Related Content pane, there are two options now.. "Add Tag to Active Filter" and "Add Tag to Active Scope".

As some of the Utility tags are just there to help us find skeleton articles ("Empty", "Placeholder" tags), it would be nice if another option on that menu was "Remove This Tag from Topic". That would smooth workflow, at least for me.
 
+1 for this.

And in general, anything that lets us add/remove tags with less menus and less clicks would be pretty helpful.
