Add mount-companion

Hi,
i have a character in a game and i want to add a companion/mount to my character.
The character is a svirfneblin ninja/inquisitor and he rides this companion.
any ideas how to proceed with that?

i found the cavalier (beast rider) that looks like it in a way. it doesn't fit the story and cavalier is not exactly what i had in mind.
LOL.. i want something that is against all the rules hehe.

If you're breaking all the rules, probably would want to go with a Hireling of the appropriate race, and then adjustments where needed.

Hi Thanks for answering me.

The rules are there to be bend. and it's a fantasy world. everything should is possible!

i always first imagine how my character would look and how he would do things. then i search for the best way to fill it in.
i've now created a lvl 8 druid, added the velociraptor companion and exported the stats of the velociraptor. (i can't play tabletop due to bad calculus, and creating a character without herolab is a nono for me) Now i create a ninja/inquisitor and add the things i find necessary to the character like animal handling. I also added a horse to get some of the stats that enable me to ride into combat.

I'll now go figure out how to use the hireling to create what i want. re-read the tutorial etc.

imagine. the smallest svirfneblin on a velociraptor. shooting and evading. i am sure that my DM finds something nasty for us. :)
