Activating the free secondary license that came with the product...

I downloaded the file I need but it's been hours and I have forgotten the instructions to submit that file to get the different file to take back to the other computer to input into the second computer.
Is there a place to review these procedures again?
Is there a way to place a clear link on the website for when people do this?
Is there a way to make this process easier?
 
Are you going through the manual license activation procedure to activate your license? That's typically only needed if you don't have an internet connection on the computer you're activating the license on. Is there something preventing you from activating your license in the normal way?

You can find the folder to put the license keyfile you downloaded in by going to Tools -> Explore Folders -> Program Data Folder.
