ACG unavailable on iPad

Anyone else having issues with not being able to get access to the new ACG? I just applied the hero lap update to both my desktop and iPad and re-activated my license. The ACG is working fine on my desktop windows. But my iPad keeps telling me I don't have rights to the ACG. I even created a character on my desktop and uploaded it too my iPad. It opens with error resources unavailable. How do you re-activate your license on the iPad? I've already checked my license number on the iPad, with lone wolfs website and it shows I own the ACG.

Any ideas?
 
Hi there,

Have you reactivated your license in the iPad since purchasing the ACG? If not, your iPad won't know that you should have access to the new supplement. You can reactivate your license on the iPad by tapping Help on the Select Portfolio screen -> Manage License -> Reactivate License.

Tried that.. got the 'get back to you in 2-3' days.. why does it do that? I do it on my desktop.. I get the key in seconds.

Or not..

I got my receit and have 'reactivated' 3 times and still can't get it to ungrey.
