I recently bought a extension on my lisence and after a frustrating time of trying to get the sytem to accept it; the sytem locked me out!! I have written repeated E-mails to your tech support and no response! Every time I write you a letter my computer tells me there is am error in sending it!
COMM-ON LONE WOLF DEV team!! seriously. No phone number! Tech support is difficult to get ahold of! I though I would try you again cause your product is a decent one; but after these recent issues I just want my money back. Apparently this is the only way I can get ahold of you.
Sincerely dissaponted in the lack of customer support in your company
Tom
The customer support queue gets fully processed almost daily. If you haven't received any responses, have you tried checking your spam folder?
Whenever any email is received into the support queue, a confirmation email is immediately and automatically sent to acknowledge the inquiry. It sounds like you never received any of those. That means something is blocking even the automatic acknowledgement emails. The most likely culprit is a spam filter.
I have no idea what email service you use. However, many people have MULTIPLE spam filters that can get in the way and cause problems. Most email programs have their own spam filters. Internet security programs often include spam filters. And most email providers have their own spam filters. If any of these links in the chain is not configured appropriately, they can improperly intercept perfectly valid emails and throw them away as spam. The simplest solution is to make sure that all of these layers accept all emails from "wolflair.com" and "lonewolfdevel.com".
The other thing to verify is that you are sending your emails to the proper place. We had one user upset that we never replied when the problem was that he was sending his emails to the wrong domain! So please make sure that you are sending all your emails to
support@wolflair.com. Please double-check the spelling of our domain. If you are receiving errors when sending the emails, that's a definite possibility here. You can always access the correct support email address by going to the Help menu within the product and selecting the "Contact Technical Support" option within the "Help Topics" submenu.
The vast majority of our users are very happy with our support and we regularly receive compliments on the quality of our support. Unfortunately, sometimes things get messed up. In this case, I'm not sure what's going on, but the fact that you have not even received the automatic replies indicates a problem with your email configuration or the email address you're using. Once the error gets corrected, you should be able to get emails through to us and receive emails from us.
If it's an error getting emails through to us, using the proper address ought to now allow us to get things sorted out for you. If it's a spam filter issue, the email replies from support are hopefully just sitting in a spam folder somewhere and can be quickly retrieved.
