Account Creation Failed

I recently bought Realm Works, but I cannot create an account to start using the software. Whenever I try, I get an "Account Creation Failed" error, which includes the lines 'Create Account failed due to a communications fault. Check your network connections and try again."

My network is fine, and the software is allowed through Windows Firewall and Avast antivirus. Any ideas on what to do? I'm currently unable to use Realm Works due to this.
