Account Creation Failed

And apparently so did my first attempt at posting this :b

Anyway, hello. I just got back from vacation and was excited to download Realm Works. Everything went fine until I had to create an account on RW itself. Now it keeps telling me "Account Creation Failed" with the reason "Your account could not be created." That's as specific as it gets. I'm on win7, any ideas as to what could be happening?
