AC for Dragonrider's Dragon Steed

I just installed the Dragonrider .hl that comes with Paizo's .pdf, and I think I'm missing a step with the steed creation. I currently have a 17th level Dragonrider who has a 14 HD steed, but its AC is only 15. If I read the table right, it should have a natural AC bump of at least 10 (maybe 25?). but Hero Lab is giving him +2 for his dex, -2 for his size, and then a +5 natural armor bonus.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
 
I take a look at the scripts later but its been over a year sense I did the dragonrider. So I can't even guess actually.

Until then you can put in an adjustment on the "Adjust" tab to make up the difference.
