(AB3) Honor your Wargear

Hi!

I'm trying to assamble a chapter with the advantage 'Honor your Wargear'.
As per discription, I should be able to take Devastator Squads as elite choice.
I seem unable the get a DevSquad as elite choice. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
I'd apprechiate any help,

You select the unit as a Heavy(They can also be Heavy support for you I believe) and then the units you want to 'count as elite' you click the checkbox for.
