Warp beast should not as a sepperate elite choice as long as a wych squad is in your army. In AB3 they are being counted as a second elite choice instead of with the wych squad.
 
archon - please remember that the data file maintainers are all volunteers who have other things on as well, i.e. real life! I'm sure the DE maintainer will fix it as soon s they have the chance
